This is a modified ETA 2801-2 with a longer power reserve. I am having a problem that I hope you can help me with. When received, I gave the watch a full wind until there was slight resistance on the crown.

It runs fine and seems to keep good time. But a funny thing happens when I wind it. When I turn the crown clockwise a half turn, it winds the mainspring, but then the crown moves backwards counterclockwise for about a quarter turn.
