People who travel between time zones or work night shifts often feel this type of time confusion. And many studies have shown that a screwed up circadian clock can cause health problems. WebSuper-time-sensitive environments (and makers) might set up hardware that relies on GPS signals or maybe you have a spare cesium atomic clock in your basement. For our purposes, using the Network Time Protocol (NTP) to sync with a well-known source will do just fine. Lucky for us, NTP is built into the Windows Time Service (called w32time).
